SARAH TIONG WEI SHIN

Sarah Tiong Wei Shin read law at University of Leeds, UK and graduated with honours in 2017. She was then admitted as a Barrister-at-law in England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2019 following her completion of the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University, Leeds. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Malaya in 2021.
 
Sarah's main focus of practice is in dispute resolution with an emphasis on Employment and Industrial Relations matters at the Industrial Court on claims for unfair dismissal and has assisted on several Judicial Reviews at the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
